"When the string section played the first full song, both my co-producer and I were virtually in tears when we heard how great and authentic they made the songs sound. At this point we were 100% convinced we had the right person in Mahaliah and her well put together team of string players. young, talented, gifted with a beautiful attitude especially as we were under pressure to complete this assignment."

Mahaliah is an accomplished teacher who makes every minute of her teaching enjoyable for our daughter. She has a unique ability to inspire confidence with her unending friendliness and sincere enthusiasm, whilst ensuring excellent progress is made to the highest level. She not only teaches actual playing but also music theory in a way that is easy to comprehend and retain. She spots when and why problems occur at different stages of progress and gently advices and shows how to correct them. We feel extremely luck she is our daughter's violin teacher.

Her knowledge of genres is very impressive and her ability to make classical music sound contemporary and current music sound timeless creatively demonstrated our vision. Mahaliah is hard working, professional and able to break those preconceived ideas of classical music. It was an honour to have her play at our wedding; a memory that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

I first came across Mahaliah's talent as she was undertaking an impromptu performance greeting guests arrival at a civic event. I was scouting for something to be part of a post-Christmas luncheon club later that year. Mahaliah's chosen repertoire was a class act and enjoyed by all.
In 2018, the Nottinghamshire Lieutenancy was undertaking two projects as part of their celebration of Women achieving the vote. This prestigious event held at Nottinghamshire Race Course was by invitation only and to celebrate successful women in Nottinghamshire of all ages, and backgrounds. Mahaliah was asked to be part of this occasion as both a guest and also to use the opportunity to demonstrate her virtuosity.

Mae Edwards is an exceptional violin teacher. My daughter has made great progress with her in the few months she has been coming to our house once a week. My daughter has mastered her bow and instrument. She loves her lessons, is reading music very well. It is a delight to listen to her lessons taking place. I would recommend her to anyone as a violin teacher.
